Mine was 9 years ago my doctor told me that all positive findings are reported as Parkinsonism because they can not discern any difference from type disease the test checks for the loss of dopamine producing cells. A trained movement disorder specialist is trained to tear it from there. My test read Parkinsonism and I have a- typical Parkinson’s and my doctor felt the test was extremely helpful as I was still in my early 50’s.
I was grateful after 4 years of testing for MS I was finally given some answers. It’s the best we got for the technology currently available.
