Why Do I Aleaysm
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, you may be speaking of facial asymmetry. Most everyone has asymmetrical facial features, and having Parkinson's doesn't change that, except as the disease progresses the muscles in the face weaken. As that happens facial expression lessens leading to what is called "masking". If the weakness in your body is more pronounced on the left side, the right side of your face will show more expression because the muscles tend to be stronger (and vice versa) giving your face a somewhat lop-sided look. Personally, I think this adds interest and charm to faces. Perfect is nice for a magazine cover, but perfection misses the fun and reality of what true life is. So anyone who may have this, and not everyone will have obvious "masking", be of good cheer; you are uniquely beautiful.
I don't know if that answers your question but if it's in the right direction I may be able to explain better.
Hugs,
Teresa
Since I love to Recycle being a recycle teenager almost 80 we can just call it a recycle feature. We have to look for things to help cheer one another
