Seborrheic dermatitis, a common scalp and facial condition often seen in PD, caused very significant hair loss for me. The good news is that it is treated with a RX shampoo and 6 months later my hair is growing back thick with no signs of hair loss. Ask your MD and give it a try.

Any info on Miraplex for dyskinesia?

Thanks very much for all the time you put in to answer me. Like everything else nowadays, the more you research, the more conflicting information you get. The only consistent thing I see is that if it does cause hair loss, it is reversible. But who knows, that may also change....
I’m personally not on the Ropinerole anyway, but I was just trying to update some information,

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I researched Requip and couldn't find any mention of hair loss but this drug has many other side effects. It's worth the read. Lynn

Sorry....you should have your pharmacist to review you meds and timing with you to setup a timing strategy. The good news is that these drugs work, the bad new is that they are sometimes associated with tolerability. I found that they aren’t consistent in these side effects. Yogurt or peanut butter often reduce those GI problems. Keeping hydrated also helps. And of course positive attitude helps
