I try to take my meds an hour before actually getting up. Then I get feeling ok most of the time.
That depends on what you’re symptoms are..
Do you wake up shake and off balance, or in good shape normally?
Great to hear your exercises and making your legs stronger. Just keep going!
I have a recumbent bike that I ride everyday to try and strengthen my legs, as that is my biggest weakness
