If you get on the right meds they should abate some, but I’ll get you the link to support groups they help. Also this group honestly helps some, just having people who are going through the same things help.

Yes. A hobby is a great distraction to avoid staying focused on oneself. And a high five to no news! Plus Purging of too much stuff can be liberating. Less is more. These are perfect actions snd activity to maintaining strength and some happiness. πŸ‘πŸ™
