l'm concerned that my neurologist isn't regulating my dosage c/l dopa.

I was just talking to someone in the drug section at publix who asked me why i did not take Sinemet instead of Carbidopa, after I had a problem with the new manufacturer they were using for my Carbi. It was not reacting with me well.. I did not know why my doctor did not give me Sinemet. Maybe because the price is higher?? I will have to look into that. My question is, do any of you take Sinemet instead of Carbidopa and why, and if you found it to work better,
Lyrica is for pain, helps a little.

I’d appreciate any help or opinions on this.
Thank you!

Things to consider if you feel that your medication is wearing off there are two types of medication you can get to help with this if you're taking levodopa they are called stalevo and entacapone. Both these drugs lengthen the life of levodopa they can generally can give 6 hours per dosage by taking them at the same time as the levodopa
They also do not have a wearing off effect i.e not working effectively after taking them for a while like Levodopa does
Other than them you can also try a… read more
