Any one using a Duopa pump for more than a year, has it lost it’s effectiveness like the CD/LD pills did?

I have been on the pump for 8 years. You must continue to monitor yourself and make adjustments according to your degree of activity. To eliminate some of the symptoms due to your morning dose I prime the pump with 3 continuous doses before I start the morning dose. It took me a long time to discover the correct settings for me. It’s helpful if you have the lock level that will allow you to make some of the changes on your own like lock level 1. Only you can tell if a setting is right for you.
Good luck!
