"Some men have thousands of reasons why they cannot do what they want to, when all they need is one reason why they can."

Each of us needs to Stop coming up with Thousands of reasons why we Cannot beat our own PD. All We Need is One reason why we Can beat it

Every Victory Counts is the name of the book. It is an excellent source . It is available through the David Phinney Foundation for Parkinson's.I'm halfway through it. I also have 8 other book on PD, but the best of them is "Parkinson's Treatment-10 secrets to a Happier Life", written by Michael S. Okun, M.D.
I'm not fighting - I'm doing something, as a lab rat, a part of the MJFF Insight program, working with Loud Crowd voice therapy (I'm not just taking the therapy, I'm contributing exercises...). Plus tutoring grammar school reading programs.
I also am starting something in which I may be biting off more than I can chew - developing or reactivating neural bandwidth systematically and measurably. I don't know where it will lead me - I will be a layman trying to activate participation or at least interest from the medical side.
We have different definitions for fighting, but what I do is deny victory to my adversary PD - I won't fight in an arena where the other guy makes all the rules. Let him find me - but right now I'm busy, so I probably won't pay any attention. There's too much to do.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - alcohol helps, too.
My books are available at www.amazon.com and www.lulu.com
Life is a gift from God. I try to give it my best shot even with PD. I can't just sit back and wait for PD to conquer me. I will do everything to get better and hope I can inspire others.
