After walking a few miles or doing too much or even going away for the weekend I seem too get nauseous and headachy and don’t feel good, sometimes for a couple days... has anyone else had this experience?
Overdoing things does it for me, the other thing get your blood sugar and blood pressure levels tested. or even buy a set of devices (diabetic test kit and BP cuff) for yourself. But the minute you feel it sit down and rest and then slowly resume activity otherwise you risk falling
If I run around too much I get feeling sick and start shaking more. I also feel like I'm going to pass out.
I've been going to cardio-rehab after 2-stents on top of my PD and it's extremely hard and exhausting, having said that, I need, want, and have to keep moving, I will "Not" let PD take me down, I am a warrior,
Thank you, I just wasn’t sure if something else was going on or if it was just part of Parkinson’s to be exhausted all the time to the point of not feeling good. Thank you so much for your input though.☺️
I have to take weekends or doing too much at a slower pace. Sometimes I just kick back in the La-Z-Boy for 1/2 hour to re-group.
