Duopa is a delivery system for Parkinson's patients who have more off times. It delivers the medication directly from the stomach implant. With many people it helps due to the continual drip to keep the symptoms in check reducing off times. No longer oral cabadopa/levadopa is taken. Please discuss with your neurologist to see if this therapy is right for you.
