My tremor returns when the meds wear off or when the dose appears to be not enough due to stress or time lapse. I notice an activation of tremor when working out during physical therapy and stressing my right arm. Also when in social settings with strangers. Many times after I get up in the morning, my right hand will begin to start to shake slightly. I have come to a conclusion for me that the involuntary shaking of the right hand is an indicator of OFF for the situation at hand, i haven't been able to identify any correlation between the non motor issues (Taste/smell/swallow/incontinence/etc) and OFF.

Each of us are different and react to our meds differently.
Good Luck

My tremors worsen when I am late taking meds? Has anyone tried CBD oil? Has it worked?

You 5 hour period may be an indicator that is when your last dose has worn off. Maybe your doses need to to be adjusted to different times. Mine are at five hour intervals, but if the OFF period becomes more frequently our bodies may be telling us something.
You,might consider calling or emailing your doctor about your experiences now.
I know my neurologist schedules me about every six months, but they have alwways been responsive to my emails.

It helped my husband. He has been on it for 16 years. Also Mirapex!! Write down all your symptoms and questions for your Doctor. It will help you understand better. Our Neurologist always explains what the meds help. And in the beginning, what the PD symptoms were called and how they presented. We were SO uninformed 16 years ago. Read all you can, it really helps. Good Luck and God Bless❤️Roanna
