I find that even focusing on my breathing can help to calm down PD symptoms.. Worth trying instead of more prescriptions.

Why not it can't harm you, i personally find it too airy fairy but i do meditate every day for 30 minutes, it took about a month for to become effective and to have a noticeable impact on my outlook on life and mood.

Transindental meditation is supposed to help anxiety. I just subscribed to an app on my cell phone called "Meditation". It was recommended to me by my pastor. So far, I like it. I don't do it as often as I should, though.
