Medication has helped me. I program lots of potty breaks into my day. I've learned whenever possible to act on the first hint of the need to go. I usually make it, but not always.

I have such a problem with not being able to control my bladder. Before even feeling toe need to go its gone! I have taken to wearing incontance briefs! Not very much fun! Always afraid everyone knows! I'm 68 and really shouldn't care who knows! I have earned the right! Love to all and keep on trucking!
