Rigidity (on/off) Issues Increasing
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

After starting my day with very good movement when I wake up, I have bouts of rigidity throughout the rest of the day until I go to sleep. This just started this last few weeks after 17 years w/PD. I have the Duopa pump and have had my tubes replaced 3 times over the last 6 months due to the medical feeding tube breaking.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Rigidity was a problem in my 2nd year of my diagnosis. But I speculated Ive had PD for at most 3 years. My ridgity stopped soon after I started taking Carbadopa Levedopa. But never had the Doupa Pump. I wish I could be more helpful.
