If its parkonism than some RX or trauma brought on parkinsons- like- symptoms

The test really has not changed...they have you put your hands out, pinch your thumb and forefinger together, tap your foot, toes and walk if one side arm doesnt swing and you shake, cant put your thumb and forefinger togther or reoeatedly tap., you probably have it, they will put you on sinemet ahd it only works on PD ...there will be no shaking. Your base is always changing.

At one time, like with Ali they were thinking PD could arise as part of a tramatic injury...but now they are thinking heredity or environmental factors lead to parkinsons. I had a DNA rest done and it shows I have no genetic variables for parkinsons and studies are coming out about showing a correlation between agent orange and parkinsons. My dad was a marine at the pentagon from 65-68 and often went to fort Detricks where they did fly overs spraying the stuff.
I honestly believe and next time ask a neurologist but I believe you had it before rhe surgery...you just didn't feel it till you had a tramatic injury to the body.

I had a stroke during a heart valve replacement. From recovery to present I have had parkinsons disease/ Could my PD have been caused my the procedure? I can give detailed info if more is required.
