I Have Had Some Parkinson Symptoms For About 2 Years But Was Only Recently Diagnosed Recently.
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

What is driving me crazy is dizziness, blurry vision and total fatigue. I feel edgy, prickly and nervous. So even though I am fatigued, I can’t rest or sleep. I may have only one to two days a week where I am not a total wreck. Does anyone else have these particular symptoms?

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I used to have very bad nights sleeping. I woke up at 3;00 a.m. and went to bed at 12 midnight only getting three hours each night. It was terrible and I could not get back to sleep and would stay up until morning. I recorded every movie I could so I would have something to watch while I was lying on the couch. I never took anything to help me sleep. Then my friend told me about Melatonin gummies. I tried them but in the beginning they did not work at all. Since they were good tasting I decided to finish the bottle. I took it for over a month and then I started to sleep much better. After that I have never had the problem again. I now sleep every day until 7:30 am I do however get up each night to use the bathroom but lay down and fall right back to sleep. I dont know if this would help you but it worked for me. It was awful getting up at 3 am to start my day each day. Just a thought. Bean

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I am taking Carbi-Levo 25/100 every two hours during the day. Yes, I am physically fatigued also almost like it is an effort to make my body move. Almost like a weight in holding my body down or I am walking through quicksand. That is why I just lie on the couch because it is too much of an effort to get my body to move. I am fine in the mornings. I wake up, do all my chores, I am pretty fast at getting things done. But then by 3 pm I am done! I get a little jolt of energy after dinner but not much. By 8 pm I am back on the couch once again. Bean

Yes I have the extreme fatigue and the edginess also. When do you have the fatigue? I get mine in the afternoons around 3 and lasts until 5. It is horrible. The only thing I can do is lie on the couch and wait until it passes. Sometimes I can fall asleep but most times I cannot and medication does not help at all. Someone on this site told me to take Modafinil for fatigue. When I speak to my doctor, I will ask about it. Bean

Hi Janet
Struggling with writing is part of what happens with Parkinson's I find like now I'm using the speaker to talk to text you rather than doing it with my fingers.
what I what I find is a good thing to do is only go on the computer when you're feeling that you can when you can't try and do something else I hope this helps you you lovely to talk to you I hope you have a good day love Theresa big hugs
