Does anyone else have this? The pain is awful, but subsides when I get up and move around, It has been so bad that I'll get up and take a naproxen, which helps the pain, but hate to do so as i'm taking so much RX already. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'll bring it up to my movement specialist/neurologist next appt.
Thanks.

I agree with your take on Naproxen--I take it only when the pain doesn't go away after walking around! (It's the only thing that works on severe pain)
Stretching before climbing into bed helss. I also eat a banana every day for the potassium, and I found drinking "Calm", which is a sleep aid loaded with magnesium, helps as well.
I’ve been taking Relief Factor for about 3 weeks now and I find my back pain and joint stiffness is helped quite a bit. It’s allowed me to walk and row for my exercise. Btw I was diagnosed 12 years ago
Sounds like blood flow could be the answer. Maybe do some light stretching and exercising before you go to bed? If that’s possible of course. Drinking lots of water through the day has always help me rest well.
🙏🙏for you!!
I get muscle cramps on an irregular basis, sometimes when I'm asleep. I try to stay stretched by my exercises, and that usually works to keep the amount of them down and less severe.
