yes I love cbd - used it this afternoon. had an anxiety attack - pets and small grandchildren can be a handful. rubbed some cbd on my chest - in about half an hour I was much calmer.
I agree exercise is important. I have a treadmill and use it everyday. can tell the difference if I don't. now I have to pay more attention to myself
I was diagnosed about 6 weeks ago, and am on carpa/dopa. My tremor is better, but still present. It is hard to sort out if my generalized weakness is due to my spinal stenosis, or PD. , but I know that it is important for me to get regular exercise. I walk up to the local grocery store (about 4 blocks) daily whether I need something or not, and walk the dog around the complex.(about 1/4 mile) at least once a day. I live in an independent living facility, and the exercise room is closed due to COVID. I am looking forward to its opening.
Not yet heard a lot about it still thinking about it doesn't sound like a bad idea her little good things about it the only thing that it's not regulated and every manufacturer is different you know you don't know what you're getting in each bottle
Whatever works these days is applicable. I hate pills. They wreak havoc on my stomach and mind so I try to avoid them at all costs. As it is I take too many pills for my plethora of issues and I am a hippie from way back
