Involuntary tongue movement

My husband has PD and lately his tongue sticks out most of the time, plus he has been drooling quite a bit which is causing sores in the corners of his mouth. Does anyone else have these symptoms?

I have trouble with minor drooling, and tongue is always sore, and slightly swollen.
