I bought Wool socks... worth the investment. Seems to help regulate warmth distribution; especially at night.

I too have experienced cold feet and hands for over two years. I’m 85 and diagnosed 4 years ago. The pain is so intense it feels like frostbite. I too use my wife’s hairdryer to warm my feet. I sympathize!

I understand, for my feet and hands get very each and every night. I have a heating pad on our bed, and turn on HIGH. I try and do this 30 minutes before going to bed. Some times I just forget and then I will use wife's hand held hair dryer, on high to heat my feet.

I told my family doctor, and neurologists, , leg doctor, and no help.
