My mom takes one pill three times a day

Doctor said two morning and two noon. We are spacing with1 1/2 noon. Just sleeps too much

Sounds like 2 in the morning are too much for him? Curious what his Dr. says.

I started taking Zolpidem about 1 month ago. Was on 5 mg and inc. to 10mg. That's working great, however I think the Dr. will say that's to much. which he previously told me in regards to men vs. women. Maybe alittle Camomile tea would be helpful.

My husband takes one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at bedtime. He tends to fall asleep afterwards unless he forced himself to get up and work on the vehicles or the yard.

His problem had been being able to get to sleep, and someone's walking after only six hours of sleep (like at 3:00AM) and he can't go back to sleep. Luckily we see his neurologist next week and will discuss some short term fixes.

If anyone has had three same sleep issues, what had worked and what hasn't worked. I works appreciate suggestions.
