Use a notebook and write everything down. It has been my saving grace with my memory issues

I have been referred for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This supposedly helps us develop tools to work around our memory issues, loss of focus and problem solving.

Have you asked your doctor if there are any medications that can help?

I would be totally lost without making lists.
I’m having trouble accepting my diagnosis…not being able to drive is really, really hard to handle. My husband is a saint, but I’d like to see friends without him.
