Most exercise machines end up holding up clothing to dry. Buy used from craigslist. The best exercise are activities you like. One of the biggest predictors of whether or not people exercise is how much they enjoy the exercise.
Exercise with others has advantages. Find a class at a gym or PD specific class. I do PD dance, PD boxing and non-pd ping pong.

I have a recumbent bike with the cardio and use it every day. Seems to give me more energy. Go for it if you will use it.

I have the same problem. I'm having a barium swallow study next week. The speech therapist gave me some instructions on eating more slowly, chewing thoroughly, and sipping water after each bite.

Seems as if I have something in my throat all the time. I guess I have gotten used to it, but don't like it, I try to brush my teeth several times a day and use mouth wash. maybe doctor could recommend something.

Great question RedBadger! I’d love to hear some opinions on that kind of a machine as well. Or recommendations for other types of cardio machines.
