he takes it with his meds first thing in the morning and then again before bed with the rest of his meds. Some times he also takes it in the middle of the day if needed. usually twice a day does it. He has taken lower doses but the 0.06 works best

my husband has a script for "Ipratropiium Bromide nasal spray 0.06%" which seems to work - 2 sprays in each nostril and he can use it 3 times a day.

My nose drips constantly, it is clear, has no taste.

I take flonase quirts thru nose. mine doesn't run a lot but this prevents
a lot from happening.
