what supplements should a person with parkinson disease be taking

You know your body best but be sure you either check info on the computer or talk to your doc before adding supplements, They seem harmful enough but they can interact with other supplements and prescription meds and present symptoms you might not expect.
I started turmeric 2 months ago and I believe it has lessened the tremors. I prefer to take that than increase the Sinemet.

Most over the over counter multivitamins will give you the boost you need ! I drink pickle juice juice to help with my cramps

To help with cramps try tonic water with quinine, if you,don’t like it plain try lemon flavored, a small glass each night before retiring is all you need. However, it must have quinine in it. Linda
