Sulyn, Let your PT know I’ve been told that minor soreness may occur at first but that there should never be pain.

I always had a lot of muscle aches after physical therapy. But I figured that meant the PT was building muscle. So, while it’s uncomfortable, it’s a good thing. Taking it easy, on the other hand, feels good while I’m doing it. But over the long term, I’m losing muscle, which is NOT a good thing. So the key is probably finding a level of ache you can live with.
