How To Tell If My Husband Is Having Hallucinations?

What are some good signs to look for if I think my husband is not telling me the truth about having hallucinations? Are there any noticeable signs that they are hallucinating?

My husband seems far away lately. I know he is hating what PK has done to his life.

My husband just told me right out he was seeing people in our home and why did they leave, he was going to call the police at one point to get them out . He hasn’t said anything for awhile now .

Hi, my dad used to share some strange dreams. And sometimes didn’t know if he was dreaming, that’s when we knew he was hallucinating.
Wishing you are well.

I'd be very interested to know what answers you get Christina. Sometimes my husband just seems so far away.
