Thankfully I can drink caffeine with no trouble. I think I’ve done a reasonable job of avoiding sugar, which I believe is largely responsible for much of our national obesity and myriad untold illnesses. But don’t let me start down that road.

Not to be a smart Alec and definitely NOT a medical professional, I would say this: stop consuming sugar and artificial sweeteners. Period. As I say in my profile story, I believe that sugar, grain-fed protein as well as processed flours and grains are some of the main the culprits behind many of our nation’s health issues. Think heart disease, obesity, etc. It’s not easy at all, but I believe life is worth the trouble!
