I was diagnosed in November 2019 with Parkinsonism. My question is after a day of activity I am so fatigued the next day, often sleeping later than I should considering my medication regime. Can anyone relate and if so, how do you handle it?
Thank you all. I just tuned in again to the site and to let you know, my wife and i unknowingly began to follow the same regime as Kristie and her husband.
my husband was diagnosed in Dec 2019 he has that same problem do stuff one day to tired the next that he spends most of the time sleeping or just doing nothing. We have talked about it and have decited it is what it is so when we plan something we do not plan anything for the following day just in case he is tired, l try to just flow with how he feels with no pressure l do not want him ro feel bad because he is tired
We are haeding out tomorrow to visit 5 of our 12 grandchildren; oh, and my son and daughter-in-law too! Their 7 hours from us. My wife will do the bulk of the driving because if I do it all, I'm worthless the next day and we have a lot to do. And it sounds like we have to start taking advantage of those senior citizen meals as well. Blessings Kristie!
Glad you are following us we have found that helps alot wish you all the best in you PD journey and we just keep trying things that works for him we just came back from lunch at the senior center he enjoys that alot and it is about a 1 hr activitiy and we get out its great we meet people and the food is good😃
Every day is a new day for my body and mind.
