A lot of things will help various Parkie People. I don’t know about CBD … I haven’t tried it. Exercise helps I agree…but I excerise fairly vigorously 4 days a week. Exercise and boxing, not to say you shouldn’t exercise. Often i plow through it weary, tired and in pain. Exercise is important but also be aware that exhaustion is a part of Parkinson’s and sometimes we just have to face it. Often I close my eyes during my boxing class due to the pain and exhaustion. Somehow I can deal with it better with my eyes closed. Weird !!! Good luck to you. Let me know whatever helps for you!
The meds, if you are on them, can make you very fatigued. Sometimes I need rest more than exercise. Just have to listen to your body. Certain supplements can help fatigue like multi vitamins, a separate super B-Complex, alpa lipoic acid, magnesium, separate vitamin D, &😊 COQ10. Just have to see what works for you. I do know 1st hand, the more you lay around, the more tired you can feel.
I take big b12 also
