There are times when I stop walking and then have difficulty getting my leg to move. What should I do?

Can be useful to walk if there are lines on the floor, like tiles. Also try raising your knee. Like taking a giant step.

Try counting your steps. It helps me. When I freeze up, I just start counting my steps in my head and it helps.
