My husband has pretty much constant dizziness, getting up, walking etc.could it be partly a balance issue? He is stage 3 Parkinson’s.
Yes, Kathy is right. My understanding it could be due to low blood pressure, or the medication he is on. He may need some therapy. How is his heart? I have heart issues and lung issues which sometimes makes it hard for both doctors to know what my symptoms mean. See you doctor as soon as possible.
Don’t rely on a PCP - visit a neurologist ! Mayo Clinic? A university with a moves management / neurology clinic?
Hope he is doing better!
Husband's blood pressure medication just reduced from having low blood pressure.
Maybe he shouldn't be on any. My BP was actually low and heart rate low as well. Go straight to neuro and ask about a tilt table test or preferred a DaT scan. The scan is definitive for parkinsons. Your PCP is not the correct person to treat this part of his disease. And there are different symptoms and signs for everyone. Preferrably get a neuro who specializes in PD. I had the same symptoms as your husband has. Good luck
