I do a lot of ankle and foot exercise in water class. I think it helps for balance and foot pain.

I have pain in foot too especially right one toes feel like they're curling over so extremely painful . Sometimes during day I feel million dollars other times terrible . I get very tired early night n wake early morning 🌄 😴 my word its a cruel disease 😢 nightmares most nights I sleep alone with my beautiful dog on companion bed 😆 🤣

Yes, l have pain in one foot especiall (on the parkinson's side) and the toes don't move properly. I try to exercise my feet every day, wiggle toes, make circles with feet etc!
