Ask your hospital for information on Elderly Assistance. I have actually hired someone who comes in 2x a week. She shaves, showers, cooks, does laundry, etc. There is so much good material available if you can just figure out where to find it. Good luck

Some communities have groups that will help seniors if asked. Don't know about yours.
