Bp tables work but if you are over weight I suggest you go on a healthy diet and start exercising.

Same here my blood pressure was always high been on meds for years a few years after taking carbadopa levadopa my blood pressure stabled out and started dropping when I stood up and I would get dizzy my dr adjusted my BP meds and we're still waiting for results

I'm 71. I've now been on blood pressure meds for 50 years. Yikes! It's an inherited thing for me, it seems. But my cardiologist just reduced one of my BP meds as the C/L I take in increasing doses seems to have a part in lowering my blood pressure.
