I just go to bed to be with my husband and hear him snore....I go to sleep around 1:30 and that is why I have the TV
on and play on my computer and do my gameboy .....I have alot that people say well there is your problem you have
all that to distract you but I have never been a good sleeper and do not take naps and always slept with the TV on it helps me go back go to sleep if I get up to use the bathroom, which I do. So another thing I have ringing in my ears and the noise sorts of cancels that out if it does not get real loud....my mother lost her hearing when she got older and she would
tell me she could still hear the ringing in her ears and it would get bad sometimes....poor Mama she just didn't get a break
until she died at 95 years old of old age....healthy as anything...must have been all those vitamins and health drinks and
eating right all those years....her sister was 105.....I told the Lord I was not interested in living that long but I was interested
in awhile longer.....someone has to drive my husband crazy.....I would rather it be me.....
Taking a nap or two spaced thru-out the day and going to sleep latter at night works for me
