MarcShakenNotStirred: I've been having vivid dreams. Some are in great detail and I'm right there resolving issues in my mind. They are so real. I think I can remember everything but when talking about them, I lose my train of thought. But sometimes, it seems I lead two lives. One I can awake from and one I can't. 🥺 Judy210

No flashbacks per se, but the dreams I've had lately are so vivid and lifelike I've had a needed to check in with family members to ground myself back into reality. Anybody else having similar dream events?

After finishing my book I thought it would help, but it’s only slowed it down. I am remembering things that I haven’t thought of in a long time. Hope you are doing well.
