I always have water 💦 with me to take my carbidopa Levodopa and my pramipexole,or any meds. Bill373

No! Always take all medicine with a good amount of water 🌊.Or you will hurt your kidneys and liver.
I always take it with applesauce as I’m on a 4 times a day and Parkinson’s has severely affected my “swallowing” capabilities.
All Levodopa meds have a ‘coating’ to stop them dissolving before they are able to get past the stomach and on to the brain where they are needed. If the coating is damaged by chewing or gets stuck without a helping hand from a glug of water they cannot work their magic!
