I'm also more anxious in am
Especially after vivid dreams
I usually feel better as day moves on. Diagnosed a year ago but had tremor for 10 years and was told it was essential tremor. A little nausea early morning passes usually with the day.
A daily routine is a good outline to follow as much as you can. Every day is different but keep to a schedule as much as possible. Going to bed and getting up at the same time each day help your circadian rhythms. Deep breaths (10-15) in the morning helps me along with drinking a glass of water since dehydration happens overnight. Hope this helps.
Yes, the hardest part of my day is getting out of bed. I usually have a cup of coffee, take my medicine and do a little reading before I make myself get up. Then I try to move around a bit, take the dog for a walk or do some exercises prescribed by PT, OT and Speech. I do get very tired after lunch but limit a nap to about 1/2 hour. In the evenings I take my third dose just before bed time and this regimen works for me. Good luck.
Morning is also my hardest time. I try to plan things in the afternoon, but sometimes I plan things about mid morning just so I can get up and go! My medication‘s have been changed and I’m sleeping better now, so that helps a lot!!
