I looked on Amazon and I think I will purchase a yoga stick posture corrector. Its an adjustable stick that helps you stretch, which should feel good!

Neck pain is very common in Parkinson’s. The disease try’s to draw you in towards the center. The only way to combat this is to stretch back and wide. Pull your arms out wide and back, stretch your head up and back, and do a back bend.

Hello,
This a a great questions because my husband stoops and now somewhat hunch back and is in constant pain. I asked his doctor about a brace and they said that a brace will make it worst because he will relay on the brace and loose all muscles used to hold himself up. He is in constant pain. I have started placing a stick behind him which he throws his arms over and it really relives his pain. But only for a little while. If you have any suggestion I would greatly appreciate it.
