I had that problem and my doctor told me to get a "cold vest" from the internet. I haven't tried it yet though. I can only wear sleavless shirts and always have my hair up off my neck.

No, however, how old are you? Could the hot flashes be connected to menopause?

Yes. I remove layers as I am able and have even used an ice pack to cool down. Usually happens after I take a dose of me Carb/Lev and Entacapone.

Yes I do too. And I thought about early menopause but I think its PD. I have young onset and am 43. Unfortunately haven't found much to help....other than trying like moisture wicking clothing and tons of baby powder!
