I have a pill pouch that goes with me wherever I go. I also have alarms set on my phone to let me know when to take them. In this way I always have the pills I need to take and get reminded to take them at the right time.

I set alarms on my watch to remind me. I have a Health watch too, so can set it for many different times during the day and evening. It even has a sleep setting that turns off notifications, etc. until wake up time the next am. 🙃

I have the times set on my phone. I find the trick is to be in the same room as your phone. I just don't hear my phone unless I'm near it !

I set custom alarms on my Fitbit Charge 2 watch to vibrate when it is time to take a dose.
