My husband’s BP is all over the place. And yes it’s Parkinson’s related. Blood pressure is controlled by autonomic nervous system which gets damaged (as I have been told). His has been as low as 60/40 and I’ve had to call EMS. It happens often after bfast. We are currently taking mitradine (I think) with morning meds to keep it from dropping. Hope this info is helpful. Good luck!!!
