This is new. I woke up during the night and my right hand was so stiff I could hardly move it. I worked it with my left hand and got the right hand to bend an work a little. it still hurts

Parkinson’s Rigidity is a very unpleasant symptom. There isn’t a lot you can do, but there are a few things. Here’s an article:

I also suffer from rigidity. If I stop moving for long, my hands will close about halfway and feel like they're stuck and slowly turning into concrete. I have to work them back and forth quite a bit before they loosen up again.
I also have peripheral neuropathy, arthritis, and I guess I should also throw the fact that I'm kind of getting old into that pot, so it's hard to tell how much is due to the Parkinson’s, aging, or other issues.

Same here; I wake up and my hands especially hurt and I’m also stiff all over.

I understand. Except I all of a sudden am stiff from my neck to my toes. Prayers to you my friend.
