I set reminders on my phone to remind me when to take my meds. It's very helpful for me. I have an app on my phone to help with exercise. FitOn.

I use Pro-PD. It allows you to track your symptoms over time to show you how your're doing compared to others in the study. Laurie Mischley PHD is the founder.
I use Medisafe app... I love it! All meds you are taking are listed and you can set timer/reminders to take them. The alarm goes off every ten minutes until you stop it. It also tells you when refills are due.... medicine interactions, ways to track problems (headache, nausea, sleep etc) videos about medications for information, a diary, list of your doctors, appointments, etc... So many great features but mostly it keeps me from forgetting to take any medication. I was able to set it up by myself, but it could easily be set up for you and there is a way to share your information with others so they can monitor if you are doing well or need help. Good Luck!
I have an iPhone. About a month ago, I discovered the Apple “Health” app. I love the medication section. I input my prescriptions (name and dosage) as well as when I am supposed to take them. My phone pings a reminder and also puts a notification on the Lock Screen which I see the next time I pick up my phone. This list of meds came in very handy when I visited the ER this past week. I just gave my phone to the ambulance and ER workers and all the information that they needed regarding drugs taken was right there!
The other feature of this app that I love is that it automatically goes through all the prescriptions and lets me know if there are negative drug interactions and if so, how serious they may be.
I use Pro-PD as a symptom tracker, but I have yet to see a phone app that makes full use of the power built into a modern cell phone (at least on the Android side).
