Hi Don. I have hip pain now since I’ve been on sinimet almost 2 years but I also fell and broke my hip at the same time that I started the sinimet and so I’m not sure what my hip pain is from. All I know is that every time something goes wrong so l say this is Parkinson or not ?
Leg and hip pain are common in PD. Many people on this site have the same complaints.

Thank you for your reply. My left hip has just started hurting. No falls yet (knock on wood) but I'm a newbie to PD and on a low dose of Sinimet.
Not to my knowledge, but Parkinson’s can.
