I never really feel well. Some days are better than others. Most days I have trouble walking. Most days I get very tired. But I never feel like I used to feel before I had parkinson's.
Am I alone? Or do you also battle wellness everyday ? Love to hear your thoughts.

Cathy4 you described it perfectly! My body feels like it’s not mine anymore. I’ve always been active and do my best to continue to be, but the things I use to do so naturally now require effort and thought. The simple things like standing up or walking are no longer as effortless as they use to be. But I am determined to fight the progression of this disease in every way I can.

good morning..my thoughts on this are yes my body feels like it's not mine anymore..hard to explain like being on the outside looking in and never adapting to the feeling. All we can do is go one day at a time and keep going! Hope you have a happy day 🦋

I can usually walk first thing in the morning but usually start having problems by 2nd dose of meds and doesn't seem to help much. Bad weather slows me down also.
