I get that way too. I’ve noticed that it happens more when I’ve been doing something strenuous earlier or the day before like cleaning the whole house. It’s an awful feeling. I’ve started taking little breaks by sitting down or lying down between tasks that require me to be on my feet for a long period. My doctor also told me that I should be on a good schedule of when I have my meals, sleep ( get plenty of sleep, no staying up too late) and take my medication on time (which I’m bad at). She said consistency is key. I take walks at least 2-3 times a day (short distances) and that helps me too. Even if I don’t feel great I force myself to and I actually feel better afterwards. Jussst reenforcing the banana intake...definitely not one of my favorites but it helps with muscle cramps thats for sure...!
