That's what rocksteady boxing does its a therapy and exercise I've taken cl for 7 years and I had to have assistance walking any distance but the boxing has helped me tremendously

Thank you Judy. One thing about me, I'm not easy to convince. I ask my doctor's a myriad of questions. I know my body better then they do.

My psychiatrist put me on a new medication that I was cautioned against. I had not fallen in over 2 years. On this drug, I have fallen 6 times. I had an intake interview and was given an appointment next week with a Psychiatrist. During the intake, she was very concerned with the number of medications and the high dosages. Keep questioning and don't be easy to accept whatever the doctor says. I was easy to be convinced and got into a very serious problem. I also asked my other Dr's for advice.
