Variety is the spice of life. We try to have a fish night, a veggie night and so on. Especially when we make a nice pot roast and find ourselves eating the leftover beef for a few days!!
Yes, food is important to the body, no matter what illness you have. I eat slot of blueberries, and different fruit. Veggies and grain. I try to stay away from sugar. And of course keep moving!
